1️⃣ General Dealer Portal FAQs

Q: How do I access the Titan Dealer Portal?
A: Go to titansecurity.com/dealer-portal and log in using your dealer credentials. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.

Q: Can I share my login with others at my company?
A: Each team member should have their own login for security and tracking purposes. Contact Titan Support to add additional users under your dealer account.

2️⃣ Product & Installation FAQs

Q: What makes Meshtec® different from standard screen mesh?
A: Meshtec® is a proprietary stainless steel security mesh that provides visibility and airflow while resisting impact, cutting, and corrosion.

Q: Can Titan doors be installed in existing frames?
A: In most cases, yes — Titan doors can be retrofitted into existing openings as long as they meet Titan’s installation specifications and local code requirements.

Q: Are Titan doors hurricane- or impact-rated?
A: Certain models meet or exceed AAMA 1901 and ASTM impact standards. Refer to product documentation or Titan Wiki → Product Knowledge → Performance Standards.

Q: Can I edit an order after submission?
A: Yes, within 24 hours of submission. After that, contact Titan Customer Service to request an update.

Q: How long is the typical lead time?
A: Standard doors ship within 3–5 weeks; custom or oversized products may require additional time.

Q: Where can I download Titan logos and marketing materials?
A: All assets are available in the Marketing Resource Library inside your Dealer Dashboard.

Q: Does Titan offer co-op marketing funds?
