Getting Started with the Titan Dealer Portal

This guide will help you get set up and start using the Titan Dealer Portal — your central hub for everything Titan Security. Learn how to log in, navigate the dashboard, and access the tools that help you sell, order, and support Titan products.

Applies To

All Titan Dealers with active portal access.

 

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:

  • A registered Titan Dealer account (created by Titan or through the “Become a Dealer” application).
  • Your username and password from the welcome email.
  • A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).

 

Step 1 — Log In to the Titan Dealer Portal

  1. Go to titansecurity.com/dealer-portal.
  2. Click the “Dealer Login” button in the top navigation.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Click Log In.

If this is your first time logging in, you may be prompted to reset your password for security purposes.

💡 Tip: Bookmark the login page so you can access it quickly.

 

Step 2 — Explore the Dealer Dashboard

Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on your Dealer Dashboard.
This is your home base for everything Titan.

From here, you can:

  • Place an Order through the Titan CPQ Tool
  • Access Marketing Materials (logos, brochures, photography)
  • Download Product Resources (spec sheets, certifications, AAMA data)
  • Train in the Titan Dealer Academy
  • Search Titan Wiki for technical and installation information
  • Get Support from Titan’s dealer service team

🧱 The dashboard tiles are your navigation — click any tile to go directly to that tool or section.

 

Step 3 — Access Key Dealer Tools

  • 🧾 Titan CPQ Tool
    • Create and visualize custom door configurations, generate quotes, and submit orders directly to Titan.
  • 📂 Marketing Materials
    • Download ready-to-use assets to promote Titan products in your store, on your website, and in advertising.
  • 🎓 Titan Dealer Academy
    • Complete product and installation training courses. Earn points and certifications through our gamified learning platform.
  • 🧠 Titan Wiki
    • Search or browse our Knowledge Base for product details, installation guides, policies, and FAQs

 

Step 4 — Get Help When You Need It

Need assistance? Click the Support Center tile from your dashboard.
You can:

  • Submit a technical or installation question
  • Request help with your dealer account
  • Report issues with orders or product information

 

Step 5 — Stay Updated

Visit the Dealer News section regularly for:

  • New product announcements
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Titan Dealer Academy updates
  • Co-op and promotion opportunities
